New features and specification change
- Main menu, add a new menu item 'View > Loupe'. This command changes visibility of a loupe. The loupe is a new function to magnify a portion of images. And you can show the loupe dialog to change the loupe settings by clicking the same menu item with right button of the mouse.
- Main menu, add a new menu group 'View > + Rate'. This group has menu items to specify the loupe magnify rate directly with numeric valus and 'Zoom in' and 'Zoom out' menu items to increase / decrease the rate.
- Main menu, add a new menu group 'View > + Size'. This group has menu items to specify the loupe size directry with numeric values and 'Enlarge' and 'Reduce' menu items to enlarge / reduce the size.

- Function to apply font setting to the message boxes. For 'Dialog' font setting (in 'Design' tab of 'Settings' dialog) is applied.
- Add new menu items 'Margin' > 'Increse' and 'Decrese'. Each menu items make horizontal margin between images plus 1 pixel or minus 1 for the current rows.
- Add new shortcut keys for 'Margin' > 'Increse' and 'Decrese'. Shift + , (comma) invokes 'Increse'. And Shift + . (period) invokes 'Decrese'. If you already run Miruno PC Photoframe, the new shortcut keys are not added automatically. Please add it yourself through the 'Keyboard' tab of 'Settings' dialog.

- Main view, Reverse the rotate direction of mouse wheel to zoom. The new direction fits the other many applications such as 'Microsoft Edge' or 'Google Chrome'. You can restore the direction to as older version with Setting dialog.
- Setting dialog, Design tab, Font group, Add new font settings for 'General'. This font settings are used to render the menu, side tab, folder view, play panel and so on.
- Setting dialog, Design tab, Font group, Add new font settings for 'Dialog'. This font settings are used to render the dialog boxes such as Settings dialog. If you uncheck the checkbox, Font name for the 'General' is used for the 'Dialog'.
- Setting dialog, Design tab, Font group, Add a new check box of font settings for 'Main-view'. If you uncheck the checkbox, Font name for the 'General' is used for the 'Main-view'.

- Support the 'Scale and layout' setting item of Windows OS. Miruno changes the font sizes, menu icon sizes, pin button sizes, scroll bar widthes, Play panel button heights, and so on according to the current DPI value. These changes are made without restart the application on Windows 10 (PerMonitorV2).
- Abolish the function to show 'Maximize action is limit', 'Minimize action is limit' messages if you zoom images by rotating mouse wheel with the context menu. The reason is to avoid closing the context menu as side effect of the showing messages. So you can more easily zoom in / out images because the context menu is not dissappeared.
- Main menu, Change the specification of the menu item Favorite > 'Open folder link target'. The new specification is to open the link target of the current folder if the folder is a shortcut file. The old specification is to open the link target of the first selected file or shown single file.
- Setting dialog, Edit tab, If you uncheck the 'Enable edit commands (e.g. Cut, Paste, Delete)' check box, '90 counter-clockwise', '90 clockwise', '180' menu commands of 'Rotate' are disabled. With the old version the commands can be select and error message will be shown. With the new version the commands are disabled and you can not to select these.
- With the old version, main view is painted over with white immediately after the starting application. With the new version, main view is painted over with the specified background color.

- New settings to change functions of mouse buttons. Right and left button's function can be changed. And mouse cursor position can be used to switch function for 'On image' or 'On out of images'. Selectable candidates are 'None', 'Select', 'Context menu' or all the menu commands that can be invoked by the main menu.

- Add a new custom button at the play panel. The button function can be specified by the setting dialog (Design tab > Custom button group).
