What's XNA ?

XNA Framework is a library for .NET applications to make games. You can use the library for games that runs on xbox 360 / Windows.

Latest version of Miruno PC Photoframe is a native application that works without .NET frameworks and XNA is not used too. Because latest version substitute DirectX for XNA, the latest version has same strong points with older versions.

Mruno PC Photoframe 1.X (old version) uses XNA

Miruno PC Photoframe is a image viewer but uses the XNA framework to make the layout animation and the trasition effects smoothly. The frame rate of the figure below is smaller than actual for considerations of the network band width.

XNA can be installed for several minutes from the site below.

But you must install .NET framework 4.0 before with Windows 7, Vista, XP.

XNA needs DirectX

XNA Framework need a graphics card that supports, at minimum, Shader Model 1.1 and DirectX 9.0c. And to run Miruno PC Photoframe need a graphics card that supports Shader Model 2.0.
